• Manage Cash  for Concessions
• Track Different Types of Income
• Reconcile Bank  Statement (accounting firm helps)
• Reporting (accounting firm helps)

Golf Coordinator (covers a 2 month period – Aug/Sept & your job is done – working on trying to get a Free Family Pass with this position as well)

• Oversees Annual Golf Scramble
• Updates Registration Flyer
• Sends out Registration Flyer to Parents, Booster Club & Coaches
• Works with Parent Reps/Coaches to Gather Raffle Baskets.
• Works with Parent Reps/Coaches to Solicit Golf Teams
• Works with Parent Reps/Coaches to Gather Student Helpers
• Gathers Raffle Prizes/Silent Auction Raffle Baskets
• Solicits Golf Hole Sponsors/Works with Lytle Signs
• Work With Golf Course to Plan Dinner Menu, Cost, Etc.
• Coordinates Volunteers, Registration, Raffle, Silent Auction.
• Reconciles money and prepares deposit  for Treasurer
• Prepares & Distributes Thank You’s
• Ensure Golf Sponsors are Recognized in Gym

Bear Wear

• Works with Threads to Orders Bear Wear to Sell
• Selects & Works Events to Sell Bear Wear
• Inventories Bear Wear
• Re-Orders Bear Wear as Needed
• Places Special Orders as Needed
• Solicits Help as Needed
